Travis Perkins

This project saw our team undertake the full demolition of a steel-framed commercial structure at a Travis Perkins site, reducing the building safely down to slab level in preparation for future redevelopment. Working to a carefully planned sequence, the steel frame was dismantled using specialist demolition equipment, with every stage carried out in a controlled manner to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Throughout the works, materials were separated for recycling wherever possible, helping to reduce waste and maximise material recovery. Once the structure had been removed, the site was fully cleared, leaving a clean and level slab ready for the next phase of construction.
